Fall 2019: What's New and What's Back
The clocks have been set back, the leaves are falling, and the anticipation of turkey and green beans is upon us all. It must be time for the Fall Menu to make an appearance at Pure!

What’s Returning?
Ensalada de Otono
Your favorite seasonal salad with crispy and shaved brussels sprouts, goat cheese, and dried cherries is back!
Borrego con Papas
The perfect meal for a cold winter night: braised lamb shank! With cilantro, salsa morita, chipotle mashed potatoes, caramelized onions, & pico de gallo.
Sopa del Dia
Warm up with a cup of our daily soup to go with your favorite taco or indulge in a whole bowl just for yourself!

*Camarones a la Diabla
Baked shrimp with spanish chorizo, jalapeño, morita butter, garlic, and a few slices of Theo's ciabatta bread. YUM!
*Camarones Rojos
Buttery Argentinian red shrimp served with chipotle butter and lime! The perfect appetizer to share!

We're excited to add a new drink to the menu this Fall! Introducing our new mule, made with Volcan blanco tequila, cointreau, lime, ginger beer, and a jalapeno garnish!

It's been a process but we're finally plastic straw free at every PURE! Select drinks will be served with a biodegradable agave straw, but if you'd like a straw with your beverage, simply ask! For every margarita purchased, Pure Taqueria Franchising will make a donation to the Ocean Conservancy!
