Partida Tequila Dinner Recap
This February we hosted our third ever dinner at Pure Taqueria Franchising! Corporate chef, Carlos Cisneros and co-founder Michele Sedgwick did an exceptional job pairing dishes with Partida Tequila.
Some of the incredible dishes included Mushroom-Taleggio Tamales, Smoked Pork Belly Tacos, Goat Birria with Roasted Kabocha Squash, Nantucket Bay Scallop Blood Orange Ceviche, and more! Guests were treated to Bunuelos, or fried tortillas dusted in sugar with bittersweet chocolate avocado ice cream to finish off the evening! Take a look!
