If money wasn’t a factor, describe your perfect day.

I would wake up at a hotel on the beach in Hawaii with a perfect view of the ocean. For breakfast, I’d enjoy a blueberry bagel with some cream cheese and some coffee (XL with 3 sugars and 3 creams). I’d have my nephew with me, of course, and the rest of my entire family - aunts, uncles, mom, dad, and sisters. I would potentially try and surf…it’s something I’ve always wanted to do. I learned a few years ago in Florida but I’m not fantastic at it.

We’d just lounge all day on the beach in the sun, watching and playing in the waves. My little sister would probably be digging for shark teeth. After that we’d probably go chase waterfalls. To the song? Haha I’d probably be singing it very badly off-key. Then for dinner we’d probably go find good seafood and I would find fried shrimp to eat and then we’d make it back to the beach in time to watch the sunset. Everyone in my family’s favorite part of the beach is the sunset. You just can’t miss a sunset at the beach!

What is a goal you are currently working towards?

I just recently moved out of my parents home and I’m living with one of my friends now. In the next few months, I would like to find a place of my own and get going!

If you had to start your own business, what would you do?

I would start a boozy ice cream, dessert, and coffee shop!

Do you have any quotes or mantras?

“It is what it is. “
“Teamwork makes the dreamwork.”

What is your proudest moment at Pure?

It would probably be when our managers, Mary Beth and John, gave me a performance review and a Puro after working a night shift with me the day before. I had only been at Pure for a month-and-a-half at the time and that was our first shift working together! They’ve both worked in restaurants for a long time so it made me really proud that they admired my work and complimented me on doing a great job!

What about your proudest moment in life?

That’s easy! The day my perfect Nephew, Daxon, was born. Becoming his Aunt was the proudest moment of my life.

What is something most people don’t know about you?

I have a hitchhikers thumb and my sister and I have the same birthday!

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life what would you choose?

Fried Shrimp or nothing!

How long have you worked at Pure?

I’ve been at Pure about 4 months! Our manager, Jake, has been a really good friend of mine since High School and was one of my co-workers at Cielo Blue. He told me about Pure when he started working there and I decided to come check it out! I loved it right away!

What’s your absolute favorite thing on the menu?

It’s a solid tie between Fried Shrimp Tacos & Crab Fritters.

And your favorite drink?

If I’m in the mood for something a little sweeter, I love The Skinny Love.
For something on the stronger side- The Manarita!

Do you have any secret talents or hobbies?

Hmm… I can make a mean pumpkin pie and some really good margaritas ( I was told before I started bartending at Pure). I’ve actually had someone offer for me to be their private bartender before!
I also like to shop (like a lot).

My hobby is work. If I’m not scheduled at work, I will literally go find work somewhere else. I do enjoy spending time with my family and friends too. I have a younger and an older sister.

When are you happiest?

At work: I guess I’m happiest at work when I meet someone new and we click. When I meet someone at the bar who I find common ground with or have something in common with, it makes me really happy to chat and get to know that person. I also really appreciate when my hard work is acknowledged!

Outside of Work: Outside of work, I’m happiest when I’m with my nephew. He’s two-and-a-half and he’s my best friend and the love of my life. I will never love anyone as much as him. He makes my life! If I’m ever having a bad day, he can make me feel so much better!

We’re so thankful to have
Elizabeth on our Team!

In the words of Big Ed (an Alpharetta regular), “Elizabeth has turned out to be a very good bartender. She doesn’t sit around and bulls**t. She is constantly busy and always moving.
She stands out among the rest.”
